I was quite pleased that I received this wonderful product much more quickly than anticipated, and was delighted with my interaction with the company. I had accidentally left off three words I meant to include on my bracelet and had contacted the company as soon as I realized my error. I informed them of the correction I wanted to include and requested that they let me know if it was possible, being fully prepared to received a “no” since often things are hard to change once an order has been received and processed. I received an immediate response that the change had been made to my order. Wow, that was fast, and I was happy that they were able to make the change. I chose this particular company’s bracelet because they have a very generous allowance for what can be placed on the bracelet, six lines of characters, 36 characters per line. This is great because all of my most important information is on the front, and in an emergency, is someone has to fiddle with trying to get the band off and look at the other side for more information, it could be precious seconds lost. The bracelet is easy to size, the clasp is secure, the bracelet is easy to put on and take off, and is quite comfortable. The printing is clean and clear, very easy to read. I took a picture of my new bracelet and sent it to friends and family who thought it looked great and indicated they would probably be ordering one for themselves. I can’t think of a better endorsement of a product than telling all of one’s friends and family, can you?
