Excellent customer service Had an issue with my first order but they took steps to contact me to resolve this and were very understanding taking time to explain what had happened. No issues with my second order, still waiting for them to hatch but have followed the guide which explains everything and hoping all goes well. Good quality kit with everything you need to start a colony.
