Brawn is an oven cleaning gel based on an aqueous blend of powerful alkalis and wetting agents. Primarily used as a heavy duty cleaner for the removal of stubborn carbonised oils and fats from oven, grills, fryers, fans and processing plants.Brawn is also used as a brush on paint stripper which has seen to be very effective on certain paint types. Due to it’s viscous nature Brawn can be applied to vertical services and the product will remain in-situ to allow extended contact times.
