Description Nutriblend Pellets were formulated by avian veterinarians as a palatable, balanced diet that helps to maintain a healthy weight. These fruit flavoured, multi-coloured pellets promote better acceptance by seed eating birds. Nutriblend provides your bird with the balance it needs for optimum feather development, tissue and brain function when fed as your bird’s primary diet (80% of daily feed consumed). Daily Pellet Recommendation: Vetafarm recommends that parrots are fed a minimum of 10% of their bodyweight in pellets per day, for example: 50g Bourke Parrot (or similar): provide a minimum of 5g of Nutriblend per day 60g Plum-headed Parakeet (or similar): provide a minimum of 6g pellets per day. 100g Cockatiel (or similar): provide a minimum 10g pellets per day.
