I had previously ordered 24 hatching eggs from this company. This is day 23 in the incubator and out of the 24 eggs that were purchased only 1 hatched. I was extremely detail-oriented when being sure the temperature and humidity was at an accurate and precise degree and percentage. 12 eggs were in 1 incubator and the other 12 were in a second incubator. Both incubators contained a automatic egg turned that was consistently ran until day 18 when it was taken out and the humidity was raised. All directions that were sent with they hatching eggs were followed. This is extremely disappointing to be paying this amount of money to only have 1 egg hatch. I have read other reviews for this company that seemed to state the same outcome. I still went ahead and supported this company regardless of the reviews because as a business owner I know things are out of our control sometimes (outside factors), but to have this many low quality reviews and personally ordering 24 eggs and only 1 hatching seems there is a larger issue. As the website states they have a 70% to 80% hatchery rate not sure how this proves to be accurate when out of 24 eggs there was a 1% hatching rate. My co-workers along with myself have been hatching eggs for years and have never had this low of a hatch rate. The week before we had hatching chicks that were shipped from Washington to Ohio and had a 80% hatching rate with no issues. If you want live chicks I would do your research before ordering them from this hatchery.
